Homemade Kokosanka cookies without flour
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to bake Kokosanka cookies without flour at home? Prepare the necessary products. Eggs should be chilled, out of the refrigerator. Soak the prunes in hot water for 10 minutes, rinse and dry. Also rinse the peeled walnuts (quarters) and dry them on a towel. Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
STEP 2
Beat eggs with salt and sugar on medium speed mixer until white and thick. This takes an average of 2-3 minutes depending on the power of the mixer.
STEP 3
Add coconut flakes to the whipped mixture and stir until smooth. You should end up with a moist, crumbly mass that sticks together well. Actually this is the finished dough.
STEP 4
Form the dough into balls the size of a walnut.
STEP 5
If desired, or for the sake of experimentation, you can add a nut or prunes to the middle of the cookies, or you can add all of them together. True, it will take a little more time, but it is not difficult.
STEP 6
Place the finished cookies on a cold wire rack lined with a mat or parchment. On the baking sheet, the bottom of the cookies may become very brown.
STEP 7
Place the cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-23 minutes. After 10-12 minutes, cover the top with crumpled and straightened parchment and bake until golden brown. The exact time depends on your oven. You can learn about the operating features of ovens by reading a separate article, link at the end of the recipe.
STEP 8
Wait for the cookies to cool completely before serving. This is what it looks like in cross section. Cookies taste best the day they are baked, immediately after they have cooled. Enjoy your tea!
