Homemade ice cream 3 chocolates
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make homemade 3 chocolate ice cream? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cream and eggs should be well chilled.
STEP 2
Separate the whites from the yolks. Please note that not a drop of yolk should get into the whites, otherwise the whites will not beat. If you are not going to beat the whites right away, then put them in the refrigerator.
STEP 3
Combine the yolks with sugar and whisk until smooth.
STEP 4
Beat cold cream with a mixer until fluffy and stable foam.
STEP 5
Place the yolks mashed with sugar into the whipped cream and stir, being careful not to precipitate the cream.
STEP 6
Beat cold egg whites with a mixer with a pinch of salt into a fluffy, stable foam. When turning the bowl over, the whites should not fall out of it. The dishes for whipping egg whites must be absolutely clean and dry, otherwise there is a high probability that they will not beat.
STEP 7
Carefully, being careful not to settle the mixture, fold the beaten egg whites into the cream. Divide the egg-cream mixture into three equal parts.
STEP 8
Break the white chocolate into pieces and melt it. You can do this in the microwave. To do this, heat the chocolate pieces in a microwave-safe container for 20 seconds on the “defrost” setting, then remove and stir. Repeat these steps until the chocolate is completely melted.
STEP 9
Pour the melted white chocolate into the first third of the creamy white mixture and stir gently.
STEP 10
Place the mixture with white chocolate into a silicone mold and smooth it out. Place the mold in the freezer for 25-35 minutes until the layer hardens. The layer should harden so that when pouring the next layer of chocolate, it will spread on top of the frozen one. The layers must not be mixed with each other. They must alternate.
STEP 11
While the first layer is freezing, melt the milk chocolate.
STEP 12
Mix the chocolate with the second third of the cream in the same way.
STEP 13
Pour the milk chocolate mixture onto the frozen white chocolate and place it in the freezer until it hardens.
STEP 14
While the second layer hardens, melt the dark chocolate.
STEP 15
Mix it with the remaining cream mixture.
STEP 16
Pour the dark chocolate mixture over the frozen layer. Place the ice cream in the freezer until all layers are completely frozen.
STEP 17
Turn the finished ice cream over onto a plate so that the white chocolate layer is on top, and serve. Bon appetit!
