Place flour, salt, egg, water in a bread machine. The water-flour proportions must be observed very strictly, because bread machine manufacturers threaten any violation of the proportions with a breakdown of the bread machine motor. Set the bread machine to “dumpling dough” mode. After 20 minutes the dough is ready. For a stiffer dough, it is better to knead it with your hands. The finished dough can be left in the bread maker itself for an hour. Or transfer it to a suitable bowl, covering with film. The dough will become more elastic

Then we do everything as usual when preparing dumplings. That is, we cut off pieces of dough, roll them into ropes, then cut them into pieces about 2 cm wide, roll each into a circle. Place minced meat in the center.

We pinch the edges of the dough with our hands.
STEP 5

And we repeat this many times until we run out of ingredients. Place the dumplings on a tray sprinkled with flour.
STEP 6

Then lower the dumplings into boiling, salted water, add bay leaf (or spices to your taste) and cook for 7 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to place on a plate.
