Today was a sad rainy morning, I really wanted to please myself. Sausages and home-made eggs were found in the refrigerator. And the Fried Eggs with a Heart and Sausage have long been stuck in my memory) At first it seemed to me that it would take too long to mess around, but it turned out that preparing such a breakfast is as easy as shelling pears! Moreover, I finally came across thin long sausages that can be bent into hearts. Of course, I boiled them first, as written in the recipe. After this, the sausages unrolled easily and did not tear. I tried to fit the eggs inside, but some of the whites spilled out, so I cut it off later. I didn’t add salt right away; I did it after cooking. And at the same time I peppered it from the mill. I wanted to achieve a runny yolk, I love it very much, especially since the eggs are homemade and fresh. True, the yolk on top was covered with a film, but this is because I kept the scrambled eggs under the lid for a long time. Most importantly, the yolk remained liquid and, combined with the fried sausage, it turned out breathtakingly delicious! It seems that everything is simple, but what a pleasure it is to dip pieces of juicy sausage into a delicate yolk) I recommend this method of preparing heart-shaped eggs with sausage to everyone who wants to cook something that is not only tasty, but also beautiful!
