Having searched my favorite website for recipes for grilling in a frying pan, I liked grilled zucchini in a frying pan without oil, quickly and tasty. I also wanted to cook such a miracle) I took a young zucchini without large seeds and cut it lengthwise into 5 mm thick plates. According to the author's advice, I added salt and pepper and left for 5 minutes. I grilled it in a frying pan without adding oil on both sides until it had characteristic stripes. It's very fast! The zucchini grilled on the stove came out excellent, juicy, dense and soft. When frying, they did not fall apart, were not crispy, and did not burn.
