    Place the squid in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. After this, clean them of the top skin, internal films, remove the chitinous plate and entrails. Rinse thoroughly. If desired, you can cut the squid into portioned slices.

    Place the cleaned squids in a bowl, pour in soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and ground black pepper to taste. If your soy sauce is quite salty, then you can not add salt at all, or add a minimal amount to avoid oversalting. Mix the squid with spices and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
