Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 5 hr
STEP 1
To prepare barbecue, take the following products: pork, onions, tomato juice, salt, ground black and allspice, coriander, ground paprika, sumac.
STEP 2
For shish kebab we need small onions. Peel and cut into rings, not thin. Rinse the pork and dry it with a napkin. Cut into small portions.
STEP 3
Salt the pieces of meat and season with spices.
STEP 4
Place the pork in a deep bowl, alternating with the onions.
STEP 5
Pour tomato juice to cover the meat pieces. Leave to marinate for 3.5-4 hours.
STEP 6
Turn on the oven broiler. Place the meat on a skewer, alternating with onions. Cook for about an hour over moderate heat. Remove from time to time and brush with the tomato juice in which the meat was marinated.
STEP 7
Grilled kebab in tomato juice is ready. Bon appetit!
