I got these beans very quickly and easily. My green beans were frozen, but not store-bought. The frozen beans were placed directly into boiling salted water and boiled for five minutes after boiling again. Then cooled and fried in oil. Only my oil is not olive oil, but butter. During the frying process, all the oil was absorbed into the bean pods, it turned out tender and creamy. And it fries quickly too) I sprinkled freshly ground pepper on top for flavor. I fried the sausage along with the beans. It turned out to be a great breakfast! Very tasty and healthy! The beans were not overcooked, remained a little tough, and held their shape. Very good recipe!
