My son really loves buckwheat. I cook delicious buckwheat with minced meat, but without carrots. Now I'll try adding carrots. I also cooked buckwheat with mushrooms, I just added mushroom instead of minced meat.

For some reason I’ve never tried this version of cutlets. Good idea for meat patties. I often make cutlets with boiled lentils (just a storehouse of easily digestible protein), they also turn out delicious and economical: little meat is used, but you get a lot of cutlets) And in this video they use chicken fillet for minced meat

What a delicious and economical recipe, with so many ingredients you can make a lot of buckwheat. I also cook buckwheat, but instead of minced meat I use liver minced meat, it also turns out very tasty.

I tried to cook it, it really turns out delicious. My usual recipe is a little different: I don’t throw in the loaf and minced pork. My recipe contains liver, buckwheat, onions, carrots and fat mesh. It also turns out very tasty.

I also cook it all the time, but without carrots. I’ll definitely try it this way, by the way, it turns out an interesting color. For myself, I often make it without meat, since I rarely eat it. It’s also quite tasty, not greasy and easy to digest.
