    We cover the mold with baking paper and put your granola in the mold (the main thing is at least 2 cm in thickness, otherwise it will crumble, and no thicker than 4 cm, as it won’t bake through)

    We take it out for the first time after 30 minutes and put it in baking paper on a baking sheet (without a mold) and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown, after taking it out we cut it into pieces! Bake at 180C. Bon appetit!

I want to share my impressions of making a granola bar. The recipe is very simple. The result is a tasty and nutritious bar. But next time I will add raisins in smaller quantities, just a little. The one that comes into contact with the mold burns slightly and tastes a little bitter in the finished dish. I'd rather add more nuts. Thank you for the recipe, I will make these again, especially for children as a snack!
