Granola bar
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make a granola bar? Dried fruits and nuts can be according to your taste, discretion and desire; you can add sunflower seeds, etc. The amount of honey and oil is indicated approximately, you may need a little more or less.
STEP 2
Mix oatmeal (they should not be instant, regular oatmeal) and your dried fruits/nuts/seeds/coconut flakes, etc. and so on. whatever you and your family like, you can also vary the proportions)
STEP 3
Pour oil into a bowl and place on the stove
STEP 4
Add honey
STEP 5
And heat this mixture until smooth, but do not boil!
STEP 6
Pour the liquid into the mixture of oatmeal and dried fruits and stir; if the mass is crumbly, then it is better to add more honey and butter so that after the oven it becomes a bar and not porridge.
STEP 7
We cover the mold with baking paper and put your granola in the mold (the main thing is at least 2 cm in thickness, otherwise it will crumble, and no thicker than 4 cm, as it won’t bake through)
STEP 8
We take it out for the first time after 30 minutes and put it in baking paper on a baking sheet (without a mold) and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown, after taking it out we cut it into pieces! Bake at 180C. Bon appetit!
