Garlic croutons from black bread in a frying pan with sprats
A simple, tasty and versatile snack for all occasions! Very helpful in a “guests on the doorstep” situation. If beautifully decorated and served on a large platter, it will look decent on a festive table, not to mention corporate events and parties.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare food. Boil the eggs after the water boils for 8 - 10 minutes. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them.
STEP 2

Lightly dry the slices of bread in a dry frying pan or in the oven until they are soft inside and have a crispy crust.
STEP 3

Finely grate the eggs, cut the cucumber and tomato into slices. Chop the garlic and mix with mayonnaise. Lightly rub the surface of the dried bread with garlic.
STEP 4

Add mayonnaise and garlic to the grated eggs and mix.
STEP 5

Prepare the croutons: Place a leaf of lettuce on the prepared bread, carefully smooth the egg mixture onto the salad. Then place a slice of tomato and cucumber, and fish on top.
STEP 6

Serve on a large plate or platter. Bon appetit !
