Fruit pie
A rosy pie with an incredibly tasty filling and a crispy crust. I found such a recipe in a very old book, published in 1951, called “Everything from Flour.” The food in this book is all so filling and high in calories, but don’t be alarmed, you can cook, just don’t overeat. What I liked most was the picture that accompanied the recipe itself. Fruit pie can be prepared with any fruit - personal experience, but the dough itself - only according to the recipe.

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Ingredients
STEP 2

Chop the margarine with a knife, adding flour.
STEP 3

In another bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, and separately dissolve the soda in kefir. Mix everything and knead the dough very carefully.
STEP 4

It should turn out very, very tender. Place it in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
STEP 5

During this time, cut the apples and add sugar, mix.
STEP 6

Now we take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into two unequal parts. Roll out most of it and place it on the bottom of a greased pan. Place the filling.
STEP 7

Roll out the second piece of dough and cover the filling. Lightly pinch the edges together and prick the middle with a fork so that the cake does not swell. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200C

The pie is delicious, you just need to prick it with a fork more, otherwise the top will crack a lot.
