First of all, I would like to thank the author for the wonderful recipe! Thank you! The pie turned out excellent, tender and juicy! Butter adds a subtle creamy flavor. For additional flavor, you can add vanilla, citrus zest or mint. Such a bright color was achieved thanks to the use of domestic eggs. Only I like to add berries not to the dough, but to the bottom of the mold, greased with butter, and sprinkle with sugar. The berries are caramelized and it turns out very tasty too. The pie is equally wonderful served warm or chilled.
