  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to fry frozen dumplings in a frying pan? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. You can make the dumplings yourself in advance or use a ready-made semi-finished product; now there is a huge assortment of such products on store shelves.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Remove the dumplings from the freezer and immediately proceed to frying them. There is no need to defrost the dumplings, otherwise they will stick to the pan, the dough will tear, and the meat juice will leak out of the filling. Pour vegetable oil into a thick-walled frying pan and heat it well. Place dumplings in the pan. It is important that the dumplings lie in one layer, do not touch each other with their “ears” and do not stick together.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Fry the dumplings on one side over high heat for 5-7 minutes until they are covered with a golden-brown and thick crust, which will keep the meat juice inside the dumplings and prevent it from leaking into the pan. Then carefully turn the dumplings over with a spatula and also fry them on the second side until golden brown.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Then reduce the heat to medium or even slightly less than medium, pour half a glass of water into the pan with dumplings, add a pinch of salt and ground black pepper (if the dumplings are served with sauce, you don’t need to add a lot of spices). Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the dumplings in water until cooked through and the moisture has evaporated, about 10 minutes.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Then remove the lid from the frying pan and pour in a little more vegetable oil. Stir the dumplings and fry them a little more until the dumplings become crispy.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Remove the dumplings from the pan and place in a serving dish. Sprinkle them with finely chopped fresh herbs and serve with some sauce or mayonnaise. Bon appetit!

I just love fried dumplings, they are tastier than all restaurant dishes))) So I decided to throw myself a mini holiday and fry store-bought dumplings (I haven’t eaten them for a hundred years)) I liked the method described in this recipe. I fried it, stewed it, fried it again, and within 15 minutes I was enjoying my favorite dumplings. Topped with cheese sauce and homemade ketchup. The dish is quick to prepare, filling and very tasty. My student son also got a portion. I haven’t seen such delight in his eyes for a long time) Sometimes you can treat yourself, but next time I’ll make dumplings myself, freeze them and fry them sometimes)
