STEP 1

How to fry breaded suluguni in a frying pan? Prepare the products according to the list. Wash the eggs and dry with paper towels. Cut the suluguni cheese into small cubes, approximately the same size.
STEP 2

Prepare two bowls separately. Pour breadcrumbs into one of them, and break raw eggs into the other and beat them a little with a whisk or fork.
STEP 3

Dip each block of cheese in an egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Then dip in the egg again and roll in breadcrumbs. You can do the same a third time. Make sure that the cheese is evenly covered with breadcrumbs on all sides. A dense layer of breading forms on the cheese. If there is a gap somewhere without crackers, the cheese will flow out during frying - take this into account.
STEP 4

Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and heat it. Place breaded cheese in oil. Fry it on all sides until golden brown. It cooks quickly. This will take 20-40 seconds on each side.
STEP 5

Place the finished cheese blocks on paper napkins to remove excess oil. Enjoy the fried cheese while it's hot. When the dish cools, the cheese inside will become dense. To make it sticky again, simply heat the cubes in the microwave. Complete the dish with sour cream sauce with garlic and fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
