I really liked the fried pies with rice, eggs and green onions. I used dry instant yeast for the dough. I didn’t have much onion, but it still turned out delicious. The pies turned out soft, with a rather delicate filling (due to the boiled eggs) and of course very filling! I recommend it to all lovers of fried pies!

I bake these pies very often; they are my husband’s favorite. I make the dough myself, using only the highest grade flour, then the dough turns out fluffier. I take fresh yeast in a small packet, but in extreme cases it’s dry, but then I check how it rises. eggs are fresh. Most of all I like to fry them in odorless vegetable oil, but you can also put them in the oven if you like. Well, you can make any filling for the pies; my husband also loves stewed carrots with sugar; an excellent filling.

The recipe is not written very clearly, there is no separation between the dough and the filling, in the step where the dough is prepared there is no water, although it is indicated in the main recipe. We need to improve it.
