    Choose medium-sized champignons, as they will shrink in size when frying. Rinse the mushrooms well in running water to remove any contaminants. Then dry the mushrooms with a paper towel. If mushrooms are kept wet for a long time, they may become soggy. Cut the washed champignons into slices or simply into 2-4 pieces.

    Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place the chopped champignons. Fry the mushrooms for 3-5 minutes over low heat. Stir them occasionally to prevent them from burning.

    Spread the fried champignons slightly apart in the pan and break the eggs. Try to break them carefully so as not to damage the yolk. Fry everything together for another 4-5 minutes over low heat. Add a little salt to taste and add your favorite spices. The pan can be covered with a lid. The eggs will cook faster this way, but then the yolk will be covered with white. This does not happen when the lid is open.

I noticed the recipe for fried champignons with eggs as soon as it appeared in the feed. I really like this combination. It is nourishing, tasty and beautiful! This time I prepared this breakfast just for myself. Probably everyone has a small, old grandma's frying pan, which produces the most delicious scrambled eggs) So I prepared this delicious breakfast for this. I had frozen champignons, fried them and added a small tomato of my own for color. And I hammered a couple of eggs into the middle. I added salt and pepper already in the plate so that the yolk would not become covered with a whitish film. I was also glad that I didn’t overcook the fried eggs on the fire and was able to enjoy a real fried egg with a runny yolk) The champignons with eggs turned out very tasty and satisfied my hunger for a long time. I’ll take note of the recipe, especially since it’s easy and quick to prepare.
