STEP 1

How to fry Adyghe cheese? Prepare your food. Take the freshest and highest quality Adyghe cheese (not smoked). Peel the garlic and cut into 2-3 parts. It is necessary to add flavor to the finished dish. Choose natural butter, without vegetable fats. When frying cheese, it is best to use a non-stick frying pan to prevent the cheese from sticking to the bottom.
STEP 2

Lightly blot the cheese with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Then cut into pieces. These can be slices, sticks or cubes. Cut to your liking, however you like it. I cut it into slices.
STEP 3

Heat a frying pan until hot and place a small piece of butter on it. Wait for the butter to melt, but keep an eye on it as it starts to burn quickly. To prevent this from happening, you can add a little vegetable to it - it has a higher combustion temperature. Add chopped garlic cloves. It is needed to flavor the oil, so there is no need to chop it finely.
STEP 4

Wait for the garlic aroma to appear and place the chopped Adyghe cheese in the pan. Fry it for a minute over medium heat.
STEP 5

Then turn the cheese pieces over. Sprinkle the cheese a little with salt and spices. I use a little paprika as a spice. You can also sprinkle the cheese with ground black pepper.
STEP 6

Fry the cheese pieces until golden brown. Then remove the cheese from the pan and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
STEP 7

A delicious appetizer of Adyghe cheese is ready. It's delicious as a stand-alone dish. But you can complement the cheese with berry sauce or fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
