I decided to make pork cutlets using the French chicken cutlet recipe. I was a little doubtful whether the cutlets would turn out soft, like chicken. But all fears turned out to be in vain. The cutlets turned out wonderful! For cooking, I took carbonate, I had about 300 g. I cut the meat into small cubes, added a tablespoon of mayonnaise, salt, red pepper and dried basil. Mixed and left to marinate for 25 minutes at room temperature. Then I added one egg to the minced meat, two small cloves of garlic grated on a fine grater, one tablespoon each of flour and starch. Mixed well and left for another 10 minutes. After that, I mixed the minced meat again, put it in a frying pan by the tablespoon, formed small cutlets, and fried for 6 minutes on each side. I fried the second side of the cutlets under the lid. The cutlets are delicious, juicy, tender, aromatic! Great recipe! I recommend it to everyone. And one more thing - the quantity of ingredients indicated in it is optimal, allowing you to achieve excellent results. Thank you very much!

A delicious and festive chicken and potato dish! Affordable and simple ingredients can easily be turned into a very tasty and festive dish. I made French cutlets from chicken fillet for the weekend, and they flew off the table faster than the wind. I thought they would eat the plates too. Thanks for the recipe!
