The combination of chicken meat with vegetables, mayonnaise and cheese is appetizing and very tasty! To pamper my husband and son, I decided to cook them a chicken breast in French. For this I took two small and not very thick breasts. I didn’t divide them into steaks; I wanted to make two good servings - large and filling. I beat the meat on both sides with the blunt side of a knife, salted it, put onions and tomatoes on the breast, added mayonnaise, and covered everything with grated cheese on top. I took a small onion, but limited myself to half, as well as half of a large tomato. This was enough to cover the meat completely. I baked the breasts until the cheese turned golden brown. The chicken turned out aromatic, soft and very juicy. The taste of meat soaked in vegetable juice under salty melted cheese is wonderful! Thank you very much for the recipe!
