STEP 1
How to make fluffy pancakes with yogurt? Prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. It is better to take natural yogurt, without additives. It should be at room temperature, so take the yogurt out of the refrigerator in advance and measure out the required amount. Take a large, selected egg.
STEP 2
Pour the yogurt into a saucepan and heat slightly over low heat with constant stirring. In this case, the yogurt should remain homogeneous. If it comes out in flakes, it means it was overheated and the whey has separated.
STEP 3
In a bowl, combine the egg, vegetable oil, sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
STEP 4
Add warm yoghurt and stir again.
STEP 5
Add the flour sifted with baking powder and mix the dough, breaking up all the lumps.
STEP 6
The dough should turn out like thin, flowing sour cream. The exact amount of flour depends on the fat content and moisture content of the yogurt, the size of the egg, and also on the quality of the flour itself.
STEP 7
Heat a dry non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour 2 tbsp into the center. l. dough (I poured one large salad spoon, forming a round piece). Fry the pancake for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Then turn it over to the other side and bake for about the same amount until golden brown. Bake the rest of the pancakes in the same way.
STEP 8
Stack the finished pancakes on top of each other. You can serve with honey, jam, sweet sauces, fresh fruits and berries. Bon appetit!
