STEP 1

How to make fluffy sour cream pancakes without yeast quickly and tasty? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Sift premium flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to sifting, the finished products always turn out softer and more airy. The egg can be used in any size. Take sour cream with 15 or 20% fat content. All ingredients should be at room temperature. This is necessary so that the pancakes rise well during baking.
STEP 2

Combine the eggs with sugar and beat them a little with a whisk. You can change the amount of sugar slightly to suit your taste. I use homemade eggs, which is why they are such a rich orange color.

Then add the required amount of sour cream to the bowl and mix it into the dough.
STEP 4

Gradually add flour with soda and salt and mix it into the dough. You may need a little more or less flour. Watch the consistency of the finished dough.

The dough should be quite thick.

You can cook pancakes in a pancake frying pan. Heat the frying pan until hot and grease with a small amount of vegetable oil. Spoon a little dough into the pan and cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.

The pancakes should be browned on both sides. If you turn the heat on high, the pancakes will not have time to bake inside, and the outside will begin to burn. Therefore, control the fire level.
STEP 8

Remove the finished fluffy pancakes with sour cream and soda from the frying pan onto a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
STEP 9

These pancakes turn out very tasty, tender and fluffy. And homemade eggs also have a beautiful yellow color. They are delicious both hot and cold. Top the pancakes with sour cream, jam or condensed milk. Bon appetit!
