Due to this, the pancakes will be more fluffy.

Beat the egg into a deep bowl and add sugar.

Then add milk and a pinch of salt. Shake everything a little with a whisk.

To speed up the process, you can use a mixer. First, stir the mixture with a whisk to incorporate the flour into the liquid. If you start whisking right away, the flour will start to scatter in all directions.

The finished dough should be thick, homogeneous, without lumps of flour. If you make the dough liquid, then fluffy pancakes will not come out, since it will simply spread over the frying pan and there will be thin cakes.

Heat the frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Using a spoon, add a little dough at a short distance from each other. The pancakes should not touch, otherwise it will be difficult to turn them over. Fry the pancakes over low heat until the dough is well baked and the pancakes rise and become fluffy.

Fry the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side until an appetizing golden color appears.

Place the finished pancakes on a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
