I really liked the cutlets from this recipe, especially my husband! The cutlets turn out elastic, with a wonderful crust on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside, biting into them is a special pleasure. There is nothing complicated in the preparation, I can’t even imagine what needs to be done to prevent them from turning out. I soaked the loaf in milk and did not put the mixture in the refrigerator for half an hour; I immediately made it with cold minced meat. I always have problems with rolling in flour, but here everything went surprisingly quickly and easily, the cutlets seemed to form on their own. I didn’t go too crazy with the size, I made them small and they didn’t lose any of their juiciness. Many thanks to the author for such a wonderful recipe ❤️

We added chicken instead of beef, it turned out very interesting! Tender cutlets on the inside, with a crispy crust on the outside... If they are advertised, then this is the only way! We didn’t add bread and onions because we don’t really like them, but it still turned out very beautiful, aromatic, and most importantly delicious! This is the only way we cook!
