Fluffy mixed minced meat cutlets with white bread
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Select the required amount of pork and beef to prepare the cutlets.
STEP 2
Cut the meat into pieces and twist through a meat grinder.
STEP 3
Add pepper and salt to taste to the minced meat, finely chopped onions, pre-soaked white bread, mix thoroughly with your hands, then beat the minced meat for better bonding.
STEP 4
Place the finished minced meat in the refrigerator to cool for 30 minutes, after which we begin making cutlets, which we generously bread in flour.
STEP 5
Heat a frying pan with sunflower oil added to it, lay out the cutlets and fry them over medium heat.
STEP 6
As soon as a golden crust appears on one side of the cutlet, turn them over with spatulas.
STEP 7
Cover the pan with a lid and continue frying the cutlets until fully cooked.
STEP 8
Place the finished cutlets from the frying pan onto plates.
STEP 9
