STEP 1

STEP 2
Cookies made from just one flaxseed flour will have a rather specific taste and not everyone may like it, so in addition to flaxseed flour, it is advisable to use some other flour, for example, wheat; if you want the cookies to have a minimal amount of gluten, then instead of wheat You can use rice flour. Pour sifted flaxseed and rice flour with baking powder into a bowl with liquid and mixed in another bowl.
STEP 3
To make the cookies acquire a pleasant nutty taste (and slightly mask the specific taste of flax), and also become even healthier, add a handful of finely chopped, pre-washed and microwave-dried walnuts to the dough.
STEP 4
And mix all the ingredients thoroughly to form an elastic, smooth dough. We collect the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and leave it on the table to rest. Then we roll out the dough into a thin layer, no more than 0.3 centimeters thick. Use a cookie cutter or glass to cut out cookie dough pieces.

Cover a baking sheet or baking pan with parchment, grease it with vegetable oil and lay out the cookie blanks. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cookies for about 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
