Flatbread is such a universal dish, in my opinion, it is suitable instead of bread, and instead of baking for tea, and as an independent dish or snack on the road. Moreover, it is very fast and inexpensive. I love this skillet egg water scones recipe. I added a spoonful of sugar to the dough because I fried them for tea. The flatbreads turned out to be filling and even slightly rich in taste (compared to the recipe for regular flatbreads made with water without eggs, which I usually use). After each flatbread, I tried to add a little oil to the pan; the more I added, the crispier the flatbreads turned out. Thanks for the recipe!

They turned out to be very beautiful, golden cakes for tea! They are literally cooked in water with an egg, which was surprising for me. This is the simplest baking recipe using ordinary ingredients.
