Dad brought a couple of carp from fishing, and they turned out to be caviar. I didn’t just want to fry caviar, so I found a recipe for fish roe pancakes on the website. This composition is new to me; I usually add flour to caviar, but here I add bread crumbs. According to the recipe, the caviar was thoroughly washed to remove blood and any impurities. I selected the films with a fork, and then beat them well with the same fork with the egg. By the way, I had 500 g of caviar, but using a special calculator I easily recalculated the required proportions. I took the crackers in heaps, then it became clear that the “dough” turned out to be thick. In principle, I was happy with this consistency; if you need it thinner, you just need to add milk. I added green onions on my own, I couldn’t do without them) The pancakes fried quickly. They immediately became fluffy in the pan. We liked the taste of the caviar pancakes; they have an interesting porous appearance inside due to the crackers. Served with sour cream and ketchup.
