I made fish fritters with yoghurt sauce from salmon trimmings. I just didn’t add any greens to the minced meat. I really liked baking these pancakes in the oven, as the author advises. Firstly, it is very fast, only 6-7 minutes, secondly, no additional vegetable oil is required for frying, thirdly, there is no need to wash the frying pan after frying, only a couple of stains remain on the baking mat. The yogurt sauce is great both with pancakes and on its own; for me it tasted so spicy and sour. But even more, I liked just pouring lemon juice over the fish fritters and eating them without a side dish with a fresh loaf! I really liked the recipe, I will try it with other types of fish! Thank you!
