Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 40 mins
STEP 1
Since the dough cooks very quickly, turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Mix eggs, milk, flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, baking powder, salt. It is better to make the dough using a mixer or blender, so it will turn out faster and without lumps.
STEP 2
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
STEP 3
Pour the dough onto it and put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes
STEP 4
Brush the finished pancake with melted butter and let it cool slightly.
STEP 5
Mix the cottage cheese with two tablespoons of sugar and spread it evenly over the surface of the pancake.
STEP 6
Place jam or berries on top.
STEP 7
Carefully roll the pancake into a roll.
STEP 8
