  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to stuff eggs with crab sticks and cheese? Prepare your food. Boil the eggs first. Crab sticks, if they were frozen, defrost. I included mayonnaise in the ingredients at the last moment, since without it the filling turned out a little dry. You can also add garlic.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and mash with a fork. I took standard processed cheese, like “Druzhba”, in a block. Choose high-quality cheese, not a cheese product, and should not contain vegetable fats. This cheese is much tastier and healthier.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Cut boiled, cooled and peeled eggs in half lengthwise, remove the yolks and add to the cheese, set the whites aside for now.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Mash the yolks with the cheese; this will also be convenient to do with a fork.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Wash and dry the dill. Finely chop it with a sharp knife. Pour the dill into the bowl with the cheese mixture.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Peel the crab sticks from the film and cut as finely as possible.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Add the sticks to the bowl with the filling. Salt and pepper to taste. Don't overdo it - both the cheese and the sticks are salty enough on their own.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Mix the filling. As I already said, my filling turned out to be a bit dry, I added a little mayonnaise, and this only improved the dish. Next time I'll add a little more garlic for some extra flavor.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Fill the white halves with the resulting minced meat. The more filling you can fit, the tastier it will be. Place it in a heap. I still had some of the filling left, I used it as a spread for sandwiches, you can also fill tartlets with it.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Decorate the finished stuffed eggs to your liking and serve. Bon appetit!

Great appetizer: eggs stuffed with crab sticks and cheese! Boiled the eggs, cooled and cut them in half. I took out the yolks and mashed them with a fork. To the yolks I added finely chopped crab sticks, melted cheese, grated on a fine grater, and lightly salted. Added mayonnaise, chopped dill and stirred. I spooned the filling into the egg white halves with a teaspoon. This is how you can quickly and easily prepare a delicious snack. Thanks to the author katushafin for the wonderful recipe and I recommend you try it 😊

A simple and quick snack when guests are already on the doorstep)) It’s also original. Deviled eggs are always a win-win in my opinion. They are good with almost any filling. For example, eggs go very well with fish, caviar, and cod liver. But everyone’s favorite crab sticks are probably in first place! For decoration, I cut green olives into rings. Thanks for the recipe!
