Egg kefir jellied pie with green onions

Take the products according to the list: flour, eggs, butter, kefir, salt, baking powder.

Pour kefir into the mixing bowl.

When the pie has risen and browned, carefully open the oven slightly, allowing the pie to stand warm so that it does not immediately collapse due to a sudden change in temperature, then take it out and check the readiness with a chopstick.
STEP 12

Cool and serve for breakfast or dinner, either warm or cold.
