Easter Kulich on water without milk and glaze

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Pour cognac over raisins and candied fruits.
STEP 2

SOUND: dissolve yeast in warm water, add 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. l. flour.
STEP 3

Leave the dough in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 4

Beat the eggs with a mixer, add liquid honey and beat for a few more minutes.
STEP 5

Add the dough to the egg mixture and mix.
STEP 6

Sift flour into mixture.
STEP 7

Mix everything.
STEP 8

Add melted butter and zest of one lemon, stir.
STEP 9

Knead the dough well.
STEP 10

Drain the liquid from the candied raisins, add a little flour and stir.
STEP 12

Add candied raisins to the dough and mix.
STEP 13

Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
STEP 14

Place the dough into baking molds.
STEP 15

Brush the top of the cakes with yolk and bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for 50 minutes.
STEP 16

Remove the finished cakes from the oven and cool. You can cover them with glaze. Happy Easter!
