    Here is a simple set of products that you will need to prepare dumplings with vegetables in a frying pan. Peel carrots, garlic and onions. Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the stem and seeds. Rinse all vegetables in clean water.

    Grate the carrots on a coarse grater or cut into thin cubes. Chop the onion into small pieces and the pepper into small cubes or strips, as you prefer. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and saute the chopped vegetables. Stirring, cook over high heat for about three to five minutes.

    Cut the tomato into cubes. You can first remove the skin from the tomato. To do this, pour boiling water over the tomato, hold for about a minute, then drain the water. This way the skin can be easily removed. Chop the garlic as finely as possible, or you can put it through a garlic press. Add to the pan and cook over high heat for another three minutes. (Remember to stir occasionally).

    Salt the fried vegetables to taste. At this stage, you can add your favorite spices and seasonings. Place frozen dumplings in one layer in a frying pan, not very tightly to each other (as the dumplings swell as they cook and may stick together).

    Pour boiling water over everything so that the water covers the dumplings almost to the very top. Add bay leaf. After boiling, cover the pan tightly with a lid, reduce heat to medium and cook for about ten minutes.

    Then remove the lid, sprinkle the finished dumplings with finely chopped herbs and pepper as desired. Serve hot. The result was very juicy and tasty dumplings with a bright, rich sauce.
