Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of boiling water into a large bowl and add one teaspoon of salt.

Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into a bowl and mix all the ingredients.

Pour most of five hundred grams of wheat flour into a bowl and mix well.
STEP 5

Break and add one chicken egg to the bowl, then mix all the ingredients well one more time.

Pour the remaining flour into a common bowl.
STEP 7

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and knead the dough.
STEP 8

Continue kneading the dough in the bowl with your hands.

Gather the kneaded dough into a ball.

Place the dough in a plastic bag and set aside for thirty minutes.

Place a finely chopped onion in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil added and stir fry it over high heat on the stove.

Cut five hundred grams of beef liver into arbitrary pieces.

Place the liver cut into pieces into the frying pan with the onions.

Stirring, fry the liver until golden brown for about ten minutes.

Pour salt, a mixture of peppers, and ground nutmeg into the frying pan to taste and, reducing the heat on the stove, mix all the ingredients together.

Covering the pan with a lid, continue cooking the liver for five to seven minutes.

We pass the fried liver and four hundred grams of boiled potatoes through a meat grinder into a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and the filling for dumplings is ready.

After some time, place the dough in parts on a table sprinkled with a small amount of flour and roll it out into thin flat cakes.

Use a suitable sized mold to make dumplings and place the required amount of prepared filling on them.

We adhere the edges of each piece well to the filling.

Form dumplings of the required size.

Place the required number of dumplings in a pan of boiling water and stir, then after the water boils again, cook them for about three to five minutes until fully cooked.
