Draniki with ham

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
1.Prepare all products. Peel raw potatoes and onions. To mix the ingredients you will need a deep bowl.
STEP 2
2. Remove the ham from the packaging and take the required amount. Using a knife, chop the product into small cubes. Pour into prepared bowl or container.
STEP 3
3. For potato pancakes, it is recommended to use hard cheese. It must be cut, like ham, into small cubes. Add cheese to ham.
STEP 4
4.Grate the onion on a coarse or fine grater. Add the gruel to the main mass.
STEP 5
5. Chop the potatoes into large strips and squeeze out the juice. Pour the vegetable into a bowl and stir.
STEP 6
6.Add raw chicken eggs, ground black pepper and salt to taste. Stir the mixture until smooth.
STEP 7
7. At the end, add wheat flour. Mix the mixture with a spoon until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
STEP 8
8.Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Place potato pancakes on a hot frying pan with a spoon. Fry on each side until golden brown. You can use a spatula or fork to turn the cakes.
STEP 9
9.Place the finished pancakes first on a paper napkin and then serve. The results are soft, aromatic and tasty potato pancakes with pieces of ham. They are recommended to be eaten hot; they can be served with sour cream, fresh vegetables and herbs. Bon appetit!
