Simple dough for wack whites! It's easy to prepare and turns out delicious! Homemade baked goods are always better than store-bought ones. That's why we no longer buy belyashi in eateries, but cook them (tasty and healthy) at home!

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 1 hr 30 mins
STEP 1
To prepare the dough, beat the eggs in a bowl. Add softened butter, kefir, salt and baking powder.
STEP 2
Add flour little by little, knead a soft dough and leave it to rest.
STEP 3
For the filling, finely (very finely) chop the onion and potatoes.
STEP 4
Add vegetables to the minced meat, season and stir.
STEP 5
Turn on the oven in advance to warm up to 180 degrees. Divide the dough into balls the size of a chicken egg.
STEP 6
Roll out the dough. Place the filling. While gathering the edge, form a wack-white, leaving a hole.
STEP 7
Brush the sides with yolk. Place the whites in the oven for 15 minutes.
STEP 8
Then take out the baking sheet, pour meat broth into each white and return the baking sheet back to the oven for 40 minutes.
STEP 9
The whites are very hot inside, be careful!
