STEP 1
How to make donuts without yeast using milk with blueberries and lemon? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. In a small bowl, combine all liquid ingredients - milk, egg, lemon juice and honey. For flavor, you can add a little lemon zest to the mixture. Wash the egg with baking soda first, as there may be harmful bacteria on its surface.
STEP 2
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt through a sieve or using a special mug into a large bowl. Add sugar and pour in the mixture of liquid ingredients. Stir the dough until smooth, but do not beat it. It is convenient to do this with a whisk. You may need a little less or more flour. The dough should not be liquid, but not too thick.
STEP 3
Grease milk donut molds at home with vegetable oil and place 5-6 blueberries on the bottom (you can use frozen berries). Fill the molds three-quarters full with dough and place a few more berries on top. You can use other berries if you wish.
STEP 4
Place the pan in an oven preheated to 240 degrees and bake the donuts for 8-10 minutes. Time and temperature are approximate, use your oven as a guide. Whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice for the glaze. Remove the finished, golden donuts from the oven and let them stand for 5-7 minutes, and then carefully remove them from the molds using a spatula. Cover the fluffy donuts with the lemon glaze once they have cooled completely.
