Dietary cutlets made from minced chicken and cottage cheese

STEP 1

Cut the onion into cubes and throw it into a blender along with garlic and dill. Grind it all well.
STEP 3

STEP 4
Form cutlets and place in a pan lined with parchment. Don’t forget that the minced meat turns out very sticky, so we sculpt it with our hands moistened with cold water.
