  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

We take the necessary ingredients, eggs and dill are missing in the photo)

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the onion into cubes and throw it into a blender along with garlic and dill. Grind it all well.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Mix the minced meat with cottage cheese (I always make it with low-fat cottage cheese), add onions from the blender, eggs, spices to taste and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. You will learn how to choose cottage cheese by reading an article on this topic. Link at the end of this recipe.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Form cutlets and place in a pan lined with parchment. Don’t forget that the minced meat turns out very sticky, so we sculpt it with our hands moistened with cold water. Bake at 180C for 40-50 minutes. The times are approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven. Read more about how ovens work in the article at the end of the recipe.

Thanks for the recipe, it's in the bag! It never even occurred to me to add cottage cheese to the minced meat, I did everything according to the recipe, was too lazy to bake it in the oven, fried it a little in a frying pan and simmered it with the addition of water. Very tasty, tender, you can’t feel the cottage cheese at all, not dry. I used chicken breast for minced meat. I liked it very much. I always added vegetables to the minced meat (zucchini, squash, pumpkin, broccoli, etc.). Great with cottage cheese!!!
