Delicious omelet Mood
I “made it” out of what I had... And it turned out delicious! I was in a good mood, I looked in the refrigerator... The result.
It turned out very tasty! This omelet is perfect for Sunday breakfast!

Ingredients
3cloves of garlic

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Finely chop the garlic. Cut the red onion into strips.
STEP 2

Cut sweet peppers into cubes.
STEP 3

Cut brisket, ham or bacon into cubes. (I had homemade baked brisket).
STEP 4

Cut the tomato into slices.
STEP 5

Finely chop the green onions.
STEP 6

Cut the potatoes into thin slices and fry in olive oil for 5 minutes.
STEP 7

Add the remaining ingredients to the potatoes.
STEP 8

Continue frying for 5-7 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a baking dish greased with olive oil.
STEP 9

Beat eggs with cream, salt and pepper, mix with chopped green onions.
STEP 10

Pour this mixture over the vegetables and brisket.
STEP 11

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
STEP 12

Let cool a little, cut into portions and eat with pleasure!!! Bon appetit!
