STEP 1

How to bake brown bread in a bread machine? All bread ingredients should be at least room temperature. Otherwise, the dough may not rise well. You can even heat the water a little, to a slightly warm state. So, pour the required amount of water into the bowl of the bread machine. Add vegetable oil. STEP 2

Add salt and sugar.
STEP 3

Sift the rye and wheat flour and add to the bread machine bowl. You may need a little less or more flour, depending on the consistency of the dough.
STEP 4

Add the required amount of dry yeast.
STEP 5

Turn on the main baking mode (for me it lasts 2 hours 50 minutes), weight 750 grams, crust color - medium. The time is approximate, be guided by the operating characteristics of your oven. After the time has passed, take out the finished bread and wrap it in a towel until it cools completely. The finished loaf is tall, airy, aromatic and very tasty. Bon appetit!
