I recently became a member of this site and, by pure chance, this is the second time I have cooked according to Yulia M.’s recipe. I really liked the bread, it really lives up to its name - “delicious”. True, when kneading in the bread machine, the bun looked like a hedgehog, the sticky dough stuck out in all directions) I had to add a handful of bran, which absorbed excess moisture, and the top of the loaf did not fall off during baking.
