    How to make French bread in a bread machine? Prepare everything you need for this. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the finished bread will be fluffier and airier. The water should be at room temperature.     When making bread in a bread machine, add all the liquid ingredients first, followed by the dry ingredients. Pour the required amount of water into the bread machine bowl and add salt.

    Then add the sifted flour. Please note that you may need more or less flour than I did. Focus on the consistency of the dough.

    Add sugar and yeast on top of the flour. Place the bowl in the bread maker and turn on the main baking mode. For me it lasts 3 hours. Bread weight 700 or 750 g. (it will be different in different models of bread machine, focus on your equipment), the color of the crust is medium. If you wish, you can add aromatic herbs.

    When the dough is formed into a bun, pour vegetable oil on it. Thanks to this, the bun begins to form more actively and stops sticking to the walls.

    During kneading, the dough becomes more homogeneous and more flexible.

    After the required amount of time, the bread maker emits a beep indicating that the bread is ready. The aroma of fresh bread, which is already wafting through the house, also indicates its readiness. Remove the bread from the bowl.

Yesterday I made bread according to your recipe. This is my second experience and it is already much better than the first) The bread turned out excellent, the crust is crunchy, the inside is soft and tender, but for my taste it turned out to be too little salt, next time I will do a little more. That's why I'm constantly looking for new recipes. This homemade bread recipe did not disappoint. The loaf came out neat. I was very interested in the fact that the oil is poured onto the top of the lump of dough. I tried to do this, and indeed all the dough came together into a neat ball, and the walls of the bowl were clean. The bread turned out soft and airy. The crust is crispy, like a baguette. Nothing compares to the aroma of homemade bread)

I baked the bread on March 8th before the guests arrived, and that says a lot. I've made this recipe before, so I know it won't disappoint. I don’t cut the bread in advance, and then I won’t have time to take photos, so I only post photos of the finished product.
