The recipe for dandelion salad caught my attention. I couldn’t pass by and of course I prepared it. Dandelion leaves in a salad is a very interesting idea, I have never tried such a dish before! I picked small young dandelion leaves from the garden and soaked them in cold water for 30 minutes, only I added more salt to the water. Of the greens, I also put parsley and green onions in the salad. I didn’t have cherry tomatoes, so I added regular small tomatoes, cutting them into slices. I seasoned the salad with aromatic sunflower oil. It turned out very tasty and very healthy! Irinyshka, thank you very much for the wonderful recipe! I will make this salad again and again!
