Custard Ice Cream

Cream and ice cream in one - a great option for a hot summer! Very tasty, delicate and airy cream. It's basically custard topped with whipped cream. It is thanks to the cream that the cream turns out very airy! In addition to the fact that this cream is perfect for cakes, pastries, you can fill baskets with it, serve it as an independent dessert, this cream can also be frozen and served like ice cream! I get a lot of cream, I had enough for the cake and managed to freeze some more! Help yourself, it's very tasty!

Thank you very much for this incredible cream, very gentle, really like a ice cream. My family crushed it in five minutes. I made my favorite Napoleon following one recipe on your website, i.e. I bought ready-made dough and voila

Yes, Irisha, this cream goes well with Napoleon, it will soak the puff pastries well (do you have these?) and lie flat on them, but as a dessert, yours is really, really good! In a word - universal, for all occasions!

Shurochka, thank you! The cream really is for all occasions))) I froze some of it, it turned out to be very tasty ice cream, I never even stirred it during freezing, but it turned out very tender, now I make milkshakes with it and I have a lazy Napoleon)) I made it from ready-made puff pastry, it turned out delicious and very quick
