STEP 1

How to make curd pasta with herbs for sandwiches? Very simple and fast! First, prepare the necessary ingredients to taste. Cottage cheese and natural yogurt are suitable for any fat content. The fattier and softer the cottage cheese, the tastier the cheese will be. I have cottage cheese with a fat content of 9% in briquettes. There is no need to rub it through a sieve, just mash it with a fork.
STEP 2

Wash the cilantro and dill, shake off moisture and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, parsley, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.
STEP 3

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash thoroughly with a fork to remove any lumps. If your cottage cheese is lumpy and dry, you can punch it in a blender or rub it through a sieve.
STEP 4

Add natural yogurt to the cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly. If necessary, add a little more yogurt, but the mixture should hold its shape and not spread.
STEP 5

Pour chopped herbs, salt and pepper into the curd mass and mix everything well. The herbs and spices should be distributed evenly throughout the curd mass. If you wish, you can add your own spices to taste.
STEP 6

Add garlic passed through a press to the curd paste and stir. If you want to get a milder taste of the paste, you don’t have to add garlic. You can store the curd paste in a closed container for 5 days. Bon appetit!
