STEP 1

How to very simply and quite quickly prepare a delicious curd-strawberry cake with sour cream and gelatin without baking with an oatmeal cookie base, which, without any doubt, will appeal to many and will pleasantly surprise you with its excellent taste? First of all, prepare the necessary products for preparing homemade dessert for the holiday table and more.
STEP 2

To prepare the base for the cake, take a blender, then fill the bowl one by one with two hundred grams of oatmeal cookies and grind them to crumbs, which in turn put in a deep bowl.
STEP 3

Add sixty grams of melted ghee or eighty grams of butter to a bowl of crushed cookies and mix together until smooth, which will become the basis for the cake.
STEP 4

Take a suitable form and cover the bottom with cling film, then grease the inside with a small amount of vegetable oil and spread the prepared oatmeal cookie base with butter in an even layer.
STEP 5

Press an even layer of cake base into the tin using a suitable glass or a masher and place the tin in the refrigerator for fifteen to twenty minutes.
STEP 6

Cut about three hundred and fifty grams of ripe and fragrant strawberries without stalks into small random pieces.
STEP 7

Take a suitable container and pour two hundred milliliters of milk at room temperature into it, pour in thirty grams of instant gelatin, then mix the ingredients well together and set the container aside for ten minutes for the gelatin to swell.
STEP 8

Take a large bowl, then put three hundred and fifty grams of 5% cottage cheese, four hundred grams of sour cream into it, then pour one hundred and seventy grams of sugar and one teaspoon of vanilla sugar into the bowl.
STEP 9

Take a blender and grind all the ingredients in a bowl together until you obtain a homogeneous curd mass.
STEP 10

Take a saucepan and pour the swollen gelatin into it, then place it on the stove and, stirring, melt the gelatin at low temperature, but do not bring it to a boil.
STEP 11

Pour the hot melted gelatin into the bowl with the curd mass, then thoroughly mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
STEP 12

Place the strawberries cut into pieces into a bowl with the curd-jelly mixture and mix all the ingredients.
STEP 13

Place the resulting curd-jelly mass with strawberries in the mold on top of the oatmeal crumb base and distribute the pieces of berries evenly.
STEP 14

Place the pan with the assembled cake in the freezer for thirty minutes or the refrigerator for two hours.
STEP 15

After time has passed, remove the cake from the refrigerator and release it from the mold, then decorate the top with strawberries, make a mesh from the prepared chocolate glaze and serve.
