STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients. To prepare cottage cheese-banana cake, we will need: ripe (but not overripe) bananas, cottage cheese (5-9% fat content)

Peel the bananas and cut into medium pieces.
STEP 3
Place cottage cheese and bananas in a blender bowl.
STEP 4
Blend to puree. By the way, thanks to this the bananas do not darken too quickly.
STEP 5
Add eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar to the banana curd puree. Beat everything until fluffy. The mass should increase 2-3 times.
STEP 6
Add soft butter and beat again until smooth. It’s okay if the butter flakes in the dough and is not uniform. With the addition of flour, the dough will straighten to the desired consistency.
STEP 7
Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the dough.
STEP 8
Beat everything until smooth.
STEP 9
Transfer the batter to a parchment lined cake pan. Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for about 1 hour. Temperatures and times are approximate, use the power of your oven as a guide.
STEP 10
Let the cake cool slightly and remove from the pan. Cut into pieces and serve. Bon appetit!
