I prepared the first portion, and after trying the first cupcake, I realized that I couldn’t do without a second portion 😁 I started cooking again. Initially I did everything according to the recipe, but the second time there were slight changes: I added tangerine zest and used candied fruits instead of raisins. The cupcakes really turned out amazing! Very little time is spent, all the ingredients are available, cooking is just a pleasure! The baked goods turned out tender, fragrant and light. I didn’t add cinnamon to the dough, since my family and I don’t like its taste, but added some walnuts and chocolate to the raisins. The result was a rich taste. Thanks for the recipe! I’m a beginner, I baked cupcakes for the first time in my life, before I only baked cookies. It turned out to be so simple and delicious :) I baked it in paper molds. The cupcakes almost doubled in size! They came out quite big, about the size of a fist. I really didn’t use lemon zest, but I did add ground peanuts. They turned out with a pleasant nutty aroma. The whole family really liked it, my husband ate three of them at once, for me this is the main rating. Thank you
