I used much less flour, 100 g, be sure to add flour little by little, focus on the consistency of the dough, as the author writes, because... Depending on the properties of the flour, its quantity in the recipe may also change. The dough is very easy and quick to make. I beat the butter, sugar and eggs together, because butter and sugar are difficult to mix, this did not affect the dough in any way. My mold is homemade from foil, it was a little skewed, it needed to be made tighter. I baked it in my oven for about an hour at 160C. The cake without kefir and milk with raisins is very tasty, dense, but crumbly, moderately sweet. I baked it without raisins.
