STEP 1
How to make a smoothie from greens and cucumbers in a blender? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Kefir is suitable for any fat content, but remember that the fattier the kefir, the higher the calorie content of the drink.
STEP 2
Wash the cucumbers, dry and cut into small pieces. If the skin of the cucumbers is rough, you can cut it off if desired.
STEP 3
Wash the dill and parsley and shake off the water. Coarsely chop the greens with a knife.
STEP 4
Place cucumbers, dill and parsley into a blender bowl. Pour chilled kefir over everything.
STEP 5
Beat the mixture until smooth. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses and serve. Bon appetit!

My smoothie turned out thick and bright. I didn't have dill, I only added parsley. Kefir was 2.5% thermostatic. A very interesting drink, you can even have it for breakfast, because... it's quite filling. At the same time, it refreshes and energizes. Cucumber and parsley taste good, I added a little more salt. And my daughter really liked the cucumber “kebabs”)) Thank you for the idea of making smoothies, now I will prepare different drinks in a blender more often.
