For dinner I decided to make chicken wings. I liked the recipe for wings with a crispy crust in the oven. I prepared the marinade according to the recipe and added more seasoning for the chicken. I used homemade tomato juice with pulp. I marinated the wings for half an hour. Since I don’t have a grill in my oven, I cooked the dish in the microwave with the grill function. Placed the marinated wings on the grill and placed them on a fat tray. I baked the wings in the microwave for 15 minutes in the “microwave grill” mode with a power of 600 W. They were nicely browned and cooked through. The fresh wings were very crispy. The aroma of the finished dish is simply magical. The taste is incredible, the perfect combination of spices, the tomato juice added some zest to the wings. We ate it hot right away. Everyone loved the spicy wings.
